Heacham - King's Lynn & West Norfolk BC - Peter Colvin (Conservative) resigned just before admitting and being convinced for drunk driving for the third time (he was more than three times over the limit and crashed into a field). He was a councillor since 2015 and the chair of the Heacham parish council.
