William Hill are betting on when there will next be a majority Labour government in power in the UK - and have made 2031 or later their 7/4 favourite.
Hills offer 9/2 that it will happen again in or before 2020; 9/4 between 2021-2025 inclusive; 11/4 to happen next between 2026-2030 inclusive.
'We don't believe that Mr Corbyn's appointment is going to make a Labour government more likely and as soon as he was voted in we lengthened the odds for them to win the next Election from 7/2 to 9/2, and made them 9/4 from 2/1 to be the largest single Party' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.'It could easily be another twenty years before Labour win an overall majority.'
